Returns & Exchanges

At Ollie, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
